Haile Yes! Properties, LLC was started in 2004 by Dave Benfield. Dave was the VP of Sales for a Gainesville, FL energy company and was looking for a satellite office for his Orlando salespeople. Because of his 25 years in sales management he knew that working from an office, instead of a spare bedroom, would be much more productive for his salespeople.

He bought in to the Veranda Park dream and purchased his first office condo - suite 305. Because he only needed 3 offices, and realized that others would want to work in a professional environment, he had his suite configured into executive suites. It was the first office in Veranda Park that offered executive suites and it was an immediate success.

Because of the demand, he bought a second and third office condo, suite 207 and suite 315, and had them configured to executive suites as well.

In 2006 Dave retired from the energy business but is still active with his executive suites. "There is always a need for a work space that is conducive to making money. That's what these offices are for - to help the occupants succeed in their professions. I enjoy knowing every person that has an office with me. Some have been with me since the beginning and others just stay for awhile. I know how tough it is to build a business. I try to be flexible and empathetic to their needs. As I am fond of saying, I do not deal with people that are a pain in the butt. Life is too short. And I won't be a pain in the butt either."
